The anti-static double-hole grounding wire designed by Starwin Electronics uses a very simple detection circuit, which includes: signal acquisition circuit, signal processing circuit, and alarm circuit. The signal acquisition circuit collects the ground wire conduction condition. The signal processing module is the key to this design. It is mainly composed of operational amplifiers and resistors. By selecting appropriate operational amplifiers and adjusting the size of the resistors, the output of the signal processing circuit is ensured when the anti-static double-hole ground wire is conductive or non-conductive. Different voltage signals, this signal determines whether it can drive the alarm circuit to alarm. The detection and alarm circuit of the anti-static double-hole grounding wire uses a modular design, which can be added at will according to the number of monitoring points. The principle of each module circuit is that the wire is connected to the grounding point on the anti-static equipment (anti-static table mat, anti-static wrist strap and other equipment that needs to be grounded), and the conductor of the anti-static double-hole grounding wire is connected to the general ground wire to form Check the loop.

In order to facilitate remote monitoring, this design can add a communication module to the anti-static double-hole ground wire monitoring system and connect it to the detection alarm module (ie the above ground wire monitoring circuit). The communication module includes: voltage comparator, single-chip microcomputer and 485 to 232 Communication module. The anti-static double-hole grounding wire detection system realizes the implementation of grounding detection and eliminates the unreliability caused by manual detection. At the same time, the control circuit is simpler, and the remote monitoring function can be added to detect the ground wire in time.
